We ship to almost every country in the world.

We ship from Norway.

What does shipping cost?

Just add the items to your cart and select your country from the list to calculate shipping rates.

What Incoterms are used on international shipments?

Our shipping term is FCA Oslo, Norway. 

Do I have to pay tax?

Commercial invoice and export documentation are completed in advance for orders outside of Norway. The customer is named as the receiver of record. Upon arrival, local tax and clearing will be handled by UPS directly with the recipient.  

How long does shipping take? What shipping methods do you use?

Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete. International Shipping varies per country.

All orders are shipped via UPS WW Express Saver.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking link to your registered email or via SMS to your registered phone number. Please allow up to 24 hrs for the link to activate. Once packages leave Norway, the tracking link may not update while the package is on its way.
